Beautiful apartment with patio in entrance. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Spacious living-dinning room. There are two bedrooms on the mezzanine. The first with a double bed and a wardrobe. On the other side is the second bedroom with a desk and a single bed. Quiet, lightly and very well equipped. Recently refurnished. Parking-service is optional.

This apartment is amazing! Completely amazing! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. You can't tell how very stylish it is from the pictures. The man who designed the apartment is a professional artist and his eye for design shines through. I had friends over often for dinner and they often commented about how it was the "perfect" apartment and I saw many jaws drop over how cool it was. The outdoor patio gets sun and is a great place to relax and have a glass of wine. The hosts who own the apartment live next door, speak perfect English, and are very kind and helpful. The internet worked wonderfully, which was great because I needed it for work. The only thing I would warn visitors about is that this wouldn't be a great place for people with very young children or would have difficulty with stairs. I think very young children (maybe <5) would be afraid of the stairs to the loft, which are open and don't have traditional banisters. Otherwise, I would advise everyone to stay here. Also, I was a little scared of bringing the rent in cash and handing it over to people I don't know...no problem at all. The agency met me right at the apartment and the paperwork (and getting the deposit back) was very smooth. As for the location, also great. No, this isn't in the trendy, modern areas--this is in a very traditional, old, beautiful neighborhood full of character. I was a woman (blond) traveling alone and never felt intimidated by the neighborhood. Stay here. You will love it!

We've been staying for 2 weeks in this appartment and we'll definitely come back again! The appartment was just great, we enjoyed every day in- and outside in the lovely patio. The owner, Francisco, was very helpful and we really felt at home. He even invited us for a tango show just across the street! He spoke English (thats really not standard in Argentina!), which helped us a lot, because our Spanish was very basic at the beginning. Furthermore, the “check-in“ was very easy. The person from the agency and the owner were already waiting for us at the appartment. We had other appartments in Argentina / Chile and it was always a problem to find a responsible, get the key and so on... Summary: absolutely recommendable!

Departamento EXCELENTE!! Muy cómodo, cálido, en perfecto estado, cerca de lugares con mucha historia de Buenos Aires. Su propietaria, Mirna, excelente persona y muy predispuesta para que la estadía sea realmente inolvidable. Un gran saludo a Mirna y por supuesto RECOMIENDO este espectacular departamento! Saludos!
