Apartamento Boutique em casa localizada a só dois quarteirões da Plaza Dorrego. A arquitetura colonial (1887), totalmente reciclada a nova, mas conservando sua estrutura original a transforma em um lugar único É uma casa "chorizo", esta denominação responde a que os quartos estão "amarrados" uns aos outros se conectando com pátios que se desenvolvem ao longo de um terreno de 60 metros de profundidade. Dentro da preservada estrutura colonial os móveis antigos e modernos convivem em absoluta harmonia. A sala de estar tem vista ao pátio. Na sala de jantar há uma importante mesa para 10 pessoas, talheres de prata e toalha de mesa de linho. A cozinha é conectada a este espaço. A casa possui uma ampla adega no subsolo com os melhores vinhos argentinos. Neste espaço há um pequeno microcinema. A casa possui três quartos. O principal é uma suíte que tem uma imensa janela com vista à piscina e ao jardim. Este quarto tem cama KING. No térreo, um pequeno quarto com uma cama e lavabo. Na planta alta, uma segunda suíte com um banheiro com chuveiro e uma cama Queen. O jardim com piscina e solário, cria um oásis no barulhento centro de Buenos Aires. Um conjunto de equipamentos completa a área exterior que é compartilhada com outras três unidades: churrasqueira, mesa para comer o churrasco, sala de estar exterior sob uma enredadeira, ducha escocesa, extenso balcão com equipamentos. Pátio de uso exclusivo com mesa e cadeiras.

Das App. ist vor vielen Jahren einmal schön eingerichtet worden. Heute ist es weitgehend runtergekommen. Möbel defekt. Das Sofa riecht schlecht. Küche ekelig. Man hat keine Lust diese zu benutzen. Das Bad unten im schlechten Zustand. Das Bad im OG dreckig. Ich musste erst mal 4 Stunden das Klo putzen. Matratzen durchgelegen. Der angebliche Filmkeller ist ein muffiges Loch. Es wird zwar einmal in der Woche geputzt, aber man sieht keinen Unterschiede zu vorher. Insgesamt ein vollkommen überteuerter Wohnhorror mit großem Ekelfaktor. We stayed there for a week, me and my family. Not only we loved the apartment, that has so much personality, Mercedes, the owner was lovely and very helpful when we needed. The location is also great, right in the heart of San Telmo, which makes the experience a little more authentic, away from touristy hotels. The house is also very charming and although we didn't have a chance to enjoy the outdoor patio, it was really nice just to enjoy our stay at such a lovely place. The place was cool and cozy. Some things were a little odd but in the way old houses can be. There are however only 2 actual bedrooms. The space is large and the courtyard is very pretty. The location in San Telmo is right in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay.Localização
