Este luminoso apartamento se localiza numa casa de arquitetura colonial (1902), totalmente reciclada a novo, conservando a estrutura original. Acha-se em um segundo andar por escada. A decoração colonial de muito bom gosto mistura antigos e velhos móveis com o conforto dos novos. Possui um importante cômodo com uma cama de casal, TV, 2 sofás e uma mesa para duas pessoas. A cozinha com barra estilo americana é completamente equipada. Possui duas banquetas e todos os acessórios necessários para cozinhar. O banheiro, recentemente reciclado, tem um jacuzzi para duas pessoas. Além de uma janela muito grande que o transforma em um espaço com muita luz natural. Tem também um extenso terraço de 25 m2, com uma mesa de madeira exterior para 8 pessoas, espreguiçadeiras e churrasqueira para preparar o típico churrasco. Este local pode ser utilizado como solário já que o chuveiro permite se refrescar nos dias de muito calor.

Great location. Bars and restaurants steps away. With cafe one block away selling coffee and 3 fractures(pasteries)for 10 pesos why cook breakfast. Bed comfy. Staff helpfull. 2 flights of narrow stairs so if not good on stairs think again. Staff always willing to help would and have recommended to my friends.Lena and Willy de Sweden (Fevereiro 2011)
We really loved that apartment in the lightblue house.The cosy terrass is well furnished and the small lamps under the roof makes it even better in the evenings. The bathroom was really big an very good. The staff in the same house was wonderful and very helpful.The stairs could be a problem for some people.This part of San Telmo is perfect for a longer stay. If you like to have the city with cosy bars, good restaurants and nightlife just outside your doorstep and still the possibility of being on your own #62 is a really good choice. The indoor decoration is close to ingenous and the terrace, although not quite private, gives the opportunity to relax, enjoy the weather and - grill your own Argentine steaks.
