This apartment has an excellent location. It is located in a building built in 1870, and has been renovated for modern use. It´s a spacious, bright and friendly place with high ceilings and plenty of light. The patio has table, chairs and plants and overlooks other green areas and is ideal for summer entertaining. There are two bedrooms. The first one (40x49 feet) has a work area in a messanine. The second one, has 2 beds (34x49 feet). Spacious living room/dining room with an open kitchen. This was a wonderful location and comfortable accomodation. What really made it for us was the wonderful help and attention from the staff at Casa San Telmo. They were prompt in replying to questions and concerns during our stay and were especially helpful in accomodating our negotiations while looking for a place. They continued throughout the stay,to be friendly, helpful and informative. We extended our stay as it was so comfortable. We will be staying with them again on our return to Bs.As.
