I stayed with 2 friends in this apartment October/November 2010. The apartment is spacious and cool in summer. The owners went out of their way to make us welcome - they even bought us a teapot! Location is good - walking distance to bars and restaurants, easy to get around other areas using local bus service. The apartment is at the back of the building so no views but very quiet for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay there again.Shavits from US (March 2012)
We stayed at the appt for the entire month of March 2012. The location is great -- short walking distance to anywhere in San Telmo. The building has old-world grandeur and is well maintained, and the appt is very pleasant. It is extremely quiet because it does not face the busy street. A rarity: the appt has a washing machine! Very convenient. The only thing that it lacks is A/C: the first couple of weeks in March were hot and we missed A/C. The appt has a private patio which is pleasant to sit in although there's no view. The living room is not big, so if you're tango bound and want to practice steps at home, you would need to move some furnitures and roll the carpet. During the month we had a problem with the (new) hot water system, and we had other questions. The owners were extremely responsive. All the issued were addressed and solved almost immediately. They even stocked the kitchen with staples including washing detergent, tea, coffee and mate. Highly recommended. We would rent it again, also in the summer if A/C would be available.Location
