Awesome appartment, I really liked the style. The area is perfect for a stay in Buenos Aires. It was quiet and clean. The best: We recieved an insiders by email while our stay : "a great opportunity in the neighbourhoud" - that is so kind and thoughtful. Thank you again for that! There was only cold water though and only 2 sun loungers for 4 people...

Sólo he encontrado Mercedes en el último día. Me pareció una persona honesta, además, el apartamento era perfecto. Ella tiene una persona que trabaja para ella, Miriam, quien organizó todo y era muy solícito. Nota 10 todo. Fué una experiencia bueníssima y estoy segura que la hago otra véz. I have not spoken personally to Mercedes until the check out. She seems to me as a reliable person, very kind. The apartment is great, have no complains. Perfect. To me it was a great experience and Im ready to do it again.

la casa es muy agradable, tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua, pero gracias a Mercedes y su equipo ha resuelto todo. Mercedes es fantástico, servicial y muy eficiente! A menudo íbamos a bailar con usted y juntos hemos pasado el último año. La zona está cerca de servicios, tiendas y Milonge. ..! gracias a Mercedes, tuvimos unas vacaciones muy agradable!

El departamento es comodo y espacioso. Esta ubicado en un barrio lindo y centrico de B.A., un lugar practico por su transporte publico y por su mercado. El unico problemita es el ruido de la calle en la noche. Talvez la cocina podria estar mejor equipada.

WE are very pleased with this apartement. It is big and bright and the terrasse is quite and wonderful. The apartment has a splendid situation in the center of San Telmo, but the noise from the street did not disturb us. The staff in Casa San Telmo did everything to make the apartment better , becacuse it needs a bit of refreching.
We can recommande it for a family or a group of frinds. We are alredy longing back..,

Wow! What a great apartment. It has everything you need, a beautiful patio and it is close enough to shopping, great restaurants, and the Plaza Dorrego that you can easily walk there but far enough away to have some quiet time. There is a Telefonica about 5 doors down, a grocery store across the street and right beside the apartment, laundry on the next block and fabulous restaurants all around you! Within about a 20 minute walk there is an Ecological Reserve that is so beautiful, you feel like you are outside of the city. Taxi to Recoletta and Palermo was reasonable-San Telmo is a well situated area with tons of character.
There is lots of room in apartment, with A/C in the bedrooms to keep it cool at night.
The staff were great the entire time we were there! They were punctual and very friendly, and most of all very accommodating!
We would definitely stay in this flat again! Thanks for everything!

This was a wonderful location and comfortable accomodation. What really made it for us was the wonderful help and attention from the staff at Casa San Telmo. They were prompt in replying to questions and concerns during our stay and were especially helpful in accomodating our negotiations while looking for a place. They continued throughout the stay,to be friendly, helpful and informative. We extended our stay as it was so comfortable. We will be staying with them again on our return to Bs.As.
