This apartment, located in a historic building, has recently been completely renovated. There are two rooms. The first, on the ground floor, is spacious and has a complete living room/dining room. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine for clothes. Up a flight of stairs, one finds the bedroom. The bedroom, like the living area, is spacious and comfortable. It has a comfortable double bed, a large desk, and ample closet space. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, is connected to the bedroom. The real highlight of this apartment is the patio.
