This is a three-bedroom apartment, spacious and comfortable, located in the heart of San Telmo. It can accommodate up to six guests. The flat, located on the ground floor of the building, is split into two levels. The first floor offers a living-dining room with dining table, a single bed, and two closed patios. The master bedroom, also on the first floor, has a queen-size bed. Upstairs there are two small bedrooms. One has two twin beds and the other has a single bed. The American kitchen is connected to the patio. There is one full bathroom. Apartment designed for students.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en la vivienda, tiene las comodidades de una casa. La decoración y los colores transmiten alegría, cada detalle está muy bien cuidado. Está ubicada en una linda calle del barrio más antiguo y emblemático de la cuidad, San Telmo. Todo, y para todos los bolsillos, está en sus alrededores: bares, restaurants, tiendas, centros culturales, Microcentro (la city), Puerto Madero, Parque Lezama, La Boca, ideal para los amantes del Tango y la Bohemia porteña. Se puede ir a todos lados a pie, en bus, taxi o auto particular; hay un parking frente al apartamento. La atención al cliente es muy amable y responsable. We enjoyed our stay in this San Telmo apartment very much. It looks exactly like the pictures and is well located. We felt completely safe coming in by taxi at night. The young ladies that checked us in and out were especially helpful - and they refused a tip! We would return to this apartment on our next trip to Buenos Aires.Situation
