Its name may be misleading for some. This is not just a "Café". This restaurant serves modern dishes made with a variation of ingredients, which are all described on the board: pickled armadillo, rabbit paté with plum jam and balsamic vinegar, fresh oysters and marinated hare. The love of cooking appears at every step: Leandro Christopher "Lele" is the head of the place, with the collaboration of his father and mother (Julian and Silvia) and a equipment ranging from two or three chefs at par and a couple of waiters. The dishes are listed on the board. It imposes starting with lids: brie cheese with candied tomatoes, tortilla chips and pickled oyster mushrooms, rabbit pate with balsamic plum jam, fresh oysters and marinated hare. Speaking of the main dish, sauteed pink salmon with arugula and tomatoes over polenta and vegetables, prawns sauteed in ginger syrup with rice, vegetables and soy braised pork tenderloin with smoked bacon and pork ribeye. However, vegetarians can opt for a pasta with it well worth trying, as cannelloni stuffed black mass with seafood vegetables. It is very small, 25 people, so do not forget to book.
