The Museo de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Museum of the City of Buenos Aires) was created in 1968. It is currently located in an area that includes buildings from different periods in the Montserrat district. The Museum is mission is to show the history of the city of Buenos Aires and of its inhabitants, their customs and habits, their architecture and the way of life of the people of the city and of those who spent time here. Do not miss the toy room, which shows toys that were mostly donated by city neighbors. There are dolls, toy cars, drums and everything that made our ancestors happy during their childhood.
