El departamento es muy comodo, bien ubicado, tiene todo lo necesario para una persona y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Sin duda lo usare nuevamente en caso que este de vuelta en BsAs

Excelente punto, cerca a todo, muy tranquilo, la mejor opción para descansar y en mi caso estudiar; sin embargo es cerca a muchos lugares y restaurantes, cerca a puerto madero.
El apartamento es muy iluminado, agradable y confortable, fue una agradable experiencia.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. Perhaps an indoor clothes hanger for drying socks and underwear would have been handy, but next time I would like to be away from the street because I like to sleep in. We really enjoyed our time in San Thelmo. It was quite scarey at first because we didn't understand how things worked. Like the rubbish on the streets and the graffiti everywhere but in the end liked the atmosphere and stopped being concerned about it. It s a very complex place with a great deal to recommend it and I would go there again.

The apartment was really nice and clean. The owner was really helpful in case i needed anything. Only downside was the noise from the traffic that starts at around 8 in the morning, which gave me a hard time in case i wanted to sleep in. Other than that i had an amazing time in the apartment. NOTE FROM OWNER on JULY 2013: Noise reduction panels were installed, also the city changed bus routes, meaning no buses go by the street! Noise was drastically reduced.

I enjoyed staying at Graciela's place. It was nicely located near public transit but I could also walk many places (I like walking). The apartment was comfortable enough. There was city noise but it did not keep me from sleeping in the least. Graciela was helpful and able to answer email in a timely manner, and gave me some tips on where to go. On my last day, he arranged for the shuttle to the airport which made things quite easy.
