  Arte Pampa

Artist María Celia Verlini and architect César Kazanietz have put together a line of items inspired by images of old Argentine cultures and have created tapestries, sculptures and design items; boxes, tables, mirrors and altarpieces. Their technique is used to create a unique style and is based on the use of small pieces that are combined with other materials to produce a particular "collage-type" style and invent the strangest and most innovative creations. These items are made in an enormous workshop in General Pico, where they drink mate, listen to the radio, have siestas and listen to the church bells at noon. They have been so successful that in just six years their products have been sold in Chile, Costa Rica and Venezuela and they have four shops in Buenos Aires.
