Brand new after a complete 8-month renovation! The building dates back to the 1800's and is located in Plaza Dorrego one of the most visited areas of Buenos Aires. Outside the front entrance of the building there are literally dozens of cafe's, bars, restaurants and antique shops. This is also the birthplace of the Tango and events go on all the time. Even though there is always something happening, noise from the street is not a problem because the apartment is set deeply in the building. Designed and decorated professionally, it has many features that you would not expect to find in most apartments. Spacious Living Room. Separated dinnig room under a glass roof. 2 bedrooms. The master one, with a double bed. The second one, with a sofabed. 2 bathrooms, and just over 1000 square feet of total area. The apartment is very comfotable for 2 to 4 people. It has everything you need to make your stay in Buenos Aires a comfortable and memorable experience. There are two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, and the wide and bright kitchen, fully equipped, with a table for dining, a refrigerator with freezer, washing and drying machines, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes and kitchenware. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and the kitchen, gas heating, cable TV, stereo system, telephone.

Thank you for all of your assistance while we were staying at Humberto Primo. Rosie and I loved the apartment and San Telmo. I could spend months in Buenos Aires checking out all of the neighborhoods. Also, thanks for inviting us to the Christmas Eve party. I was an exchange student in BsAs and me and my friends decided to rent this lovely house that became our home for 7 months. Me and my newly wed wife had a blast in this house. Location is perfect with just the right touch of charm and modernity. the sunroof above the dining table was golden. My wife, granddaughter and I spent the whole month. We found it to have everything we need for a very comfortable stay. A friendly, pleasant maid came every week and did an exclent job. The apartment is far from the street so there is no noise. One very good feature for us was the location. Close to food stores, deli, bakery, fish market and the city market. I would be very happy to stay there again. If you are in the area I would recommend Don Ernesto Restaurante. Ask for Gus or Chris.Situation
